This policy describes how WN Conseil (operating under the name TempAssur), Bureau 3, 6 Rue des Bateliers, 92110 Clichy contact@tempassur.com collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data via the site www.tempassur.com.
2. Data collected
Quotes and subscription: identity, contact details, date of birth, driving licence information, vehicle information, declared history (claims, cancellation, convictions, no-claims malus). Payment: banking data is processed directly by our secure payment provider; TempAssur never stores it. Contact forms: the data entered, your IP address and your browser's user agent (fraud and spam prevention). Browsing: cookies and audience measurement (see §7).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Preparing quotes and performing the contract (contractual performance); the broker's legal obligations, including the duty of advice and anti-money-laundering measures (legal obligation); customer relationship management, statistics and site improvement (legitimate interest); marketing communications (consent, which can be withdrawn at any time).
4. Recipients
Partner insurance companies, for the setup and management of your contracts; our technical service providers (hosting, payment, electronic signature, e-mail and WhatsApp messaging). WN Conseil never sells your personal data.
5. Retention periods
Contractual data: for the duration of the contract and then in accordance with legal requirements (5 years minimum, up to 10 years for accounting documents). Prospects: 3 years after the last contact.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port and object to the processing of your data: write to contact@tempassur.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
We implement appropriate security measures (TLS encryption, restricted access, certified providers) to protect your data against any unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction.
